Mark Kearschner is a healthcare facilities and construction veteran, serving in a wide variety of positions. In his present position as director Construction Services for Charlotte, NC-based Premier Health Alliance, he is responsible for Premier's multi-billion construction program, including supplier and contractor/owner relationships, program/process development, contract utilization, construction services and capitol up-take. He previously served as general manager- healthcare, where his duties included engineering, construction management, support services, contract negotiations and code compliance for over 10 healthcare facilities.
